I still can't get over this. Aaron, you're gone, in a better place now. One of the first people I ever met and became friends with through doom on zdaemon. I wished I had his number, maybe could've spammed his ass for something. Never expected him to be suffering through depression, was always cheerful and full of spirit, the light to any dim room. I enjoyed every moment we spent together on those late dooming night sessions back in the day with stab. I should've just spammed you on steam to play doom on the hard difficulty, the only reason I went to buy doom on steam was to try the snapmap levels and multiplayer. Playing clan scrims on zdaemon with strangle and I, having those late night talks. I would've loved to have met you in person, I lost the chance now. Gives me chills seeing your account still logged on steam and zdaemon knowing you ain't there. I haven't seen myself cry like this since forever. I always had your back man, since day one..

Dang, is caution the first cap to win 2-0 every week in the season overall?
free agency matches, i like that idea (speaking as one of representatives of the FA community) i would help run it, but not a weekly thing, but maybe during the trading time period, captains can 'scout' a possible candidate to replace on their team if any FA player sparks an interest.
wdl youtube channel - yes, needs more content, some povs like i've seen for the idl
i would like to see some player interviews, like maybe a before and after perspective of the player.

Franchising; we used this in the zdl (zdctf league) it was alright for us, but guessing its zd, and its low popularity ,teams weren't that stacked. but i'll like to see it in this community since it's more active with high caliber players, will make draft auctions more interesting knowing a cap can't get your prized player.
season scheduling voting; i think it's an interesting idea to implement into the season, some teams would benefit from the winning map while others will have to work harder if they're weak in the map
expansion of the wdl mapset; ah i dont know about this, 32 maps is a lot, some don't even get played even though they get through the voting phase. i think 32 is enough, but we can try for more
4player teams to 5player teams; AH i dont think it will make a difference for the 3rds and 4ths (if ever to come to 5player teams) majority, teams will use their strongest lineup usually captian and their first and second pick, while the third pick would be the emergency pick and 4th would never be used, unless there's a captain willing to shuffle around their team and use different lineups during the matches. because let's face it, no one wants to lose, every cap wants that 2-0 every week to have the first seed. and for new players? im new, i dont get practice with teams to improve and so my motivation drops, unless they're "new" good players, they'll have a chance to play on the team, otherwise, us losers don't bother trying.
