I think it's a good trade for both teams, on paper. GPS has a defense deficiency and I believe that Xen will be better in a D/mid role than Tor could be for GPS. Tor, of course, has amazing chemistry with Bones/Rude and it is likely an upgrade for SXP since they can continue back on the same path from last season.
