I think this can be really cool final.   
But i really favor here waters team. Last time when water met Ralphis is  year ago in IDL MB final on map 06. Water was still baby here, he had no beard and face full of acne. But this is gone. Now water is stronger than ever before and he got this.
I dont know how dragon is good here. But i think he can RJ plus score some flags. This map needs really great defence, and i think water/tai is better than stark/rottking +hex. Ralphis is awesome runner but i think water will be wall here. How much hard is defence this map on start when you learn defence this map, its really very easy. I think SUC will still catch up adds scores and in the end lost. I am waiting long and tough fight tho.

Why you should watch this final:
It can be longest game in history competitive CTF, so you can join anytime and dont miss much bcz it will be still 0-0.
Ralphis probably get negative frags on plenty rounds, you also rarely see this.
Tai can win something after decade. (you probably never see this again)

Looking forward to this!  Both teams have  strong defense, getting flags out is going to be rough.  I think ADD has the slight advantage here in terms of defense.  But I can see SUC being clutch and winning.  Dragon will have to get through Rott/Starrk/Hex, so gl with that, and gl to Ralph as well.  I wouldnt be suprised if it takes 6 or 7 rounds for a team to get 3 wins.  Looking forward to some hero runs, and maybe some cross flag play.
