I am unsure if this has already been made a thing, but I was wondering if it would be worth it to award players with medals/ribbons at the end of the season for being #1 in certain areas. i.e. Tai gets awarded the defensive ribbon for having killed the most flag carriers; or giving an award for most frags. The idea behind this is simply bragging rights that is displayable on the forum when you post.
