The Dream Team [TDT] vs [HFM] High Friction Men

While I agree with some of the sentiment around the water cooler this week that this could be an ideal map for HFM's lineup, I have doubts that this will translate into points for them if they don't get some quality practice in. I know there's still time, and if they practice enough, I think HFM could take a round or possibly even more. Will it happen? At this point I wouldn't bet on it.

    TDT 2 - HFM 0

Techno Vikings [TKV] vs [REG] Regulators

TKV is playing at a high level right now, especially with Xenaero in the lineup. If he plays, I think TKV will be too much to handle for REG, though not a blowout by any means. If Xen doesn't play, I think it opens the door for a REG upset. I'm predicting a close game either way. Based on the assumption Xen is in for TVK...

    TKV 2 - REG 1

Super Chargers [SUC] vs [HYP] Hurt You Plenty

Another popular opinion this week is that HYP will have a shot at their first win this week against SUC on a map that fits their particular play style. I guess I see it differently. While HYP should be able to put up a fight on D and won't get blown out, I don't think they will pack enough of an offensive punch here against a SUC squad that's playing both sides of the shotgun at a very high level this season.

    SUC 2 HYP 0

Techno Vikings [TKV] vs [REG] Regulators

As Stab said, TKV is playing at a high level right now. However, REG is no joke. Of all the maps we play this season, this week or next week may be the best crafted in REG's favor. Although I think TKV is the favorite here, my gut says REG pulls it off through item control and the need for a bounce-back game.

    REG 2 - TKV 1

Giant Pea Shooters [GPS] vs [SXP] Sexual Panthers

After their blockbuster trade last week, both teams are coming in hot with wins over two very good teams. Set in the European primetime of 1:30pm EST on Saturday, the TradeBowl might be the ultimate test of who "won" the trade. The game is incredibly meaningful as the winner of this one will all but definitely earn a playoff spot. I'm going to skip any meaningful analysis and just peg GPS as the winner since Bones has made it clear that this map frustrates him and he hates it.

    GPS 2 - SXP 1

The Dream Team [TDT] vs [HFM] High Friction Men

Haven't seen either team do much practicing so far this week. With that in mind, TDT has a stronger track record in the first three weeks so I have to assume they'll win. Both teams have all the tools necessary to win this map but it's important to follow one of the WDL cardinal rules: PRIOR PREPARATION PREVENTS POOR PERFORMANCE.

    TDT 2 - HFM 0

Super Chargers [SUC] vs [HYP] Hurt You Plenty

I'm like the Doom Undertaker, you only see me come out once a season because my back is broken and young people run the show now
